patient reception staff clean room good surprise
My dearest stayed with me a few nights. the reception staff provided really good assistance. I needed help with directions and they were so patient. our room was lovely and very clean, it really seemed like a haven for us. the entertainment was a good surprise, especially the female singer. She had such passion!!!
I found the parking fee a slight inconvenience. It would be nice if it was complimentary for hotel guests, as it adds to the overall cost. it was announced as available. i neglected to check this.

kind staff free upgrade comfortable vibe
I found the staff kind when i asked for things. the free room upgrade was really lovely. the place was comfortable and big. I would visit again!
the fact that everything was card only was a bit disappointing. there needed to be more options at the bar for diabetics, maybe more sugar free mixers would have helped.

the room was spacious and very clean. it had a good sized tv and big wardrobes. staff were lovely and very polite. food was also good and plentiful.

the building presents original features of victorian architecture with much charm. there's a lift to access higher floors and refurbishment is underway. the hotel is well situated on one of the main shopping streets.
